Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests at all tourism areas within the amusement park.
• Receive guests at Eureka and direct them to opening ceremony.
• Board guests on to vintage buses and conduct studio tours, providing engaging and accurate descriptions of locations in a story telling manner.
• Monitor visitor activities and movements throughout the Studio tour to ensure their safety and security.
• Off-boarding guests at Eureka after studio tour and guide them to attractions, shows, play zones, restaurants and merchandise outlets.
• Thoroughly check buses for any guest belongings and hand them over to Security Department.
• Provide information about show timings, restaurant options, merchandise outlets and facilities available at Eureka area.
• Provide guest with day itineraries and assist them with any queries they may have.
• Assist guest in emergencies, provide first aid if required, and coordinate with the in-house hospital for ambulance services.
• Resolve guest queries in polite and pleasing manner.
• Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Follow the checklists and SOPs for each location and attraction related to guest management, equipment handling, and property maintenance and relationship management.
• Attend daily briefings and strictly adhere to the guidelines provided by the Head of the department.
• Attend training classes as scheduled to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
• Stay updated with tour scripts and the latest movies shot in the Ramoji Film City (RFC) to make the tour more engaging and informative for guests.

Preferred candidate profile

• Recent Graduate in Hotel Management or Travel and Tourism Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage and entertain guests in a storytelling manner.
• High level of enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Multilingual abilities in English & Hindi are mandatory.
