Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle across locations at various manufacturing sites (including Bidar).
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of labour laws, and employment regulations. Ensure that all company practices and policies comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain robust systems and processes related to employee relations and lifecycle management. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a polished and tactful approach in communications with corporate stakeholders. Ensure clear, effective, and respectful dialogue that supports positive working relationships and resolves issues constructively.
• Experience in handling Contractors.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of overall experience in Industrial Relations / Employee relations

• Masters in Labour Laws or similar
• Open to Medchal ( DEVARAYAMJAL , SHAMIRPET (M), MEDCHAL - MALKAJGIRI & DEVARYAMJAL VILLAGE , SHAMIRPET MANDAL, MEDCHAL ) as a location, and 6 days work from the location. should also be willing to travel to Bidar.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with Industrial / Manufacturing industry
• Telugu is a MUST
