Job Description

We seek a proactive Project Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a total of 8-10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate has a background as a Business Analyst, skilled in writing business and functional test cases, and understands the software lifecycle and product dynamics. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines, and fostering team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate business analysis into project management, ensuring effective requirements gathering, use case documentation, and functional scoping.

- Oversee requirements management and analysis, translating business needs into project deliverables.

- Supervise use case documentation and analysis, aligning system functionalities with project goals / Preferably having a developers experience.

- Collaborate with quality assurance to validate project deliverables against requirements.

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance project efficiency.

- Lead Agile processes, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Serve as Scrum Master, managing ceremonies, product backlog, and sprints.

- Plan tasks, allocate resources, and delegate responsibilities.

- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting.

- Participate in risk management, addressing and mitigating project risks.

- Communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring project alignment.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, adjusting as needed.

- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements
Qualifications:

- Progression from Business Analyst to Project Manager, with success in both roles.

- 8-10 years in business analysis and project management, focusing on process modeling, requirements gathering, and use case documentation.

- Leadership and mentoring skills for developing junior team members.

- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Commitment to continuous learning in business analysis and project management.

- Ability to translate business requirements into project tasks and deliverables.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
