Sportz Interactive - Project Manager (4-8 yrs)

About the Role :

SI is seeking to a hire a Project Managers with principal responsibility of design, set up and managing the delivery of key projects of one or more business units to create world-class sports-related applications enriching the sports fan experience helping deliver Digital Transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall project delivery- end-to-end from requirements analysis, planning, resource management to deployment.

- Manage medium to large program and be responsible for scope, schedule, quality and cost of the project.

- Manage timely communication to project team and stakeholders and garner the respective buy-ins as needed for successful delivery.

- Lead the cross-platform project teams for technical collaboration among the development, testing,- infosec, DevOps, other teams and architects.

- Measure and improve Project/program performance, Operational performance and- product- performance using metrics/KPI's.

- Effective time to market.

- Manage agile methodology-based product delivery.

- Apply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with agile and blended approaches, effectively coordinating the implementations across teams.

- Plan and manage multiple parallel release / projects / scrums.

- Work very closely with Scrum Master, Architects and other stakeholders to drive the execution.

- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels & reporting the risk in timely manner.

- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across technology platform & setting up priorities.

- Ensure the following of Scrum Rituals as needed.

Background and Requirements :

- 4 -8 years of Project Management experience in IT Delivery management.

- PMP / ITIL certification is an added plus.

- Fluency in managing the Agile Scrum based projects.

- Hands on, for designing, execution of S/w products, processes an, project, release schedules, managing through metrics & delivery KPI.

- Experience of managing with agile methodologies and best practices.

- Fluency in communication and ability to positively influence teams and ecosystem players.

- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask.

- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
