Bellurbis Technologies - Project Manager (3-4 yrs)

Position : Project Manager

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office).

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and manage projects with a strong focus on business analysis, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories.

- Develop detailed project plans and business requirement documents (BRDs).

- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and lead project meetings.

Requirements :

- 3-4 years of experience in project management with a focus on business analysis.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e., Jira, Trello).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- PMP, Scrum Master, or CBAP certification is a plus.
