Bellurbis - Manager - Talent Acquisition (1-2 yrs)

- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and define job requirements.

- Post job openings on various job boards like Naukri, Linkedn and other similar portals.

- Be able to manage recruitment channels.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.

- Conduct initial candidate assessments, arrange interviews, and assist with the onboarding process.

- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
