- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
