Qualifications:
- MA/PGDM (Public Relations)/MSW/Post Graduate in Law/Mass Communication.
Job Requirements:
- This position is responsible to lead the Corporate Communication for creating and implementing the strategy and execution of corporate plans, corporate events, campaigns and public relations.
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Should have worked with any of the steel and cement industry on Corporate Communication / PR at senior level management executing strategic plan.
Role and Responsibilities:
- To plan, develop and implement multi-faceted communications strategies, tactics, and metrics for key initiatives and ongoing projects.
- Will be responsible for acquiring / purchase land. He should have thorough knowledge of applying for lands in Karnataka/ Bangalore and should have good relations in revenue department.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of the local town planning rules and building regulations.
- Must be conversant with revenue, ULC and MRTP Act. Ability to liaise with consultants to prepare project feasibility reports essential.
- To develop rapport with officials like The IT Secretary, Industries Ministry, any other land allotment agencies.
- All the land parcels which need to be acquired/ partnered with need to be realistic with the achievable rentals and or sale prices, with due consideration to the financial workings of the Company.
- Liaison with Police, Revenue, Department of Mines & Geology, Irrigation & water resource, Dist. Administration, Forest department and other government agencies etc for obtaining licenses, statutory clearances, permits, C&D land etc., matters.
- Adhere to all statutory compliance and Returns - Revenue, DMG, Forest, RTO Departments, Property Tax with local authorities viz: Municipality/Grama Panchayats etc.
- Handling local issues & grievances.
- Drafting suitable applications/letters and replies to submit to appropriate authorities.
- Create an effective network at district level to understand the environment and suggest immediate corrective steps.
- Ensure co-ordination with other departments and provide them timely support.
- Independently establish rapport with Government agencies both State and Central and represent the company in various matters.
- Representing the company in public hearings.
- Effective Coordination with Legal department and Panel Advocates for title due diligence, facilitating documents in time bound manner.
- Liaison work required with local authorities and with the government agencies within region.
- Conceptualization and execution of projects- on time, superior quality and with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Desired Profile Experience in land survey, Micrositing, Land Procurement and identification of land.
- All stages of Land Acquisition, Identifications, Purchase in Real Estate Company of repute or experience working with international property Consultants.
- Setting up and manage the Real Estate Portfolio, exploring real Estate and a source of Investment for the Company.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long- range goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and should have strong leadership abilities.
- Should be able to give a regular MIS report to the management
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
