- Build a Global network of partners to deliver quality products. Also drive 3P manufacturing for the new diagnostics portfolio.

- Maintain strategic alliance with all partners to nurture long terms relationship for sustainable business

- Drive manufacturing operations at all partners by managing the on-going relationship, quality compliance and production to ensure serviceability

- Drive Commercials, Negotiations and cost saving initiatives to improve profitability of business

- Conduct market analysis to assess environmental conditions to determine a "buy best" approach evaluating value beyond price (e.g. Innovation, Growth, Life-Cycle Costs, Working Capital, and Capex) while ensuring material continuity and minimizing supply risk management objectives

- Drive and Manage Technology Transfer, Statutory, Regulator Compliance

- Oversee Documentation, QMS and Training activities

- Build a highly motivated & result oriented team by leading tactical and strategic initiatives within the team to department's meet goals & objectives

- Inculcation of Continuous Improvement and automation culture

- New Product development/launch

- Drive US Launch and existing products through CMO

- Global Inlicensing business support

- Budgeting and control in collaboration with SCM finance

- Lead the EMEU 3P manufacturing portfolio

- Head all the de-risking / AVD related projects ensure supply security and competitive advantage
