Java Developer - AWS Platform (9-14 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with expertise in AWS Cloud technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient Java-based applications, optimizing them for the cloud environment, and leveraging AWS services to deliver high-performance solutions. Your expertise will help our organization innovate and scale our cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications utilizing AWS Cloud services.

- Implement cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, and more.

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability in the AWS cloud.

- Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines on AWS (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins).

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of cloud applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, front-end developers, and business analysts to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Integrate AWS services with Java-based applications to enhance functionality and performance.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize cloud-based applications.

- Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and Java frameworks to ensure the team is leveraging the latest innovations.

- Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and architectural standards.

Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java (J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot).

- Deep experience in AWS Cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, etc.).

- Proficiency in cloud-native application development, serverless architecture, and microservices using AWS.

- Solid experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating with front-end technologies.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes on AWS.

- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline).

- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions on AWS (CloudWatch, CloudTrail).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with JavaScript, front-end frameworks, and AWS Amplify is a plus.

- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data warehousing solutions.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
