Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Molding Machine Maintenance Sr. Technician / Maintenance Engineer with experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining molding machines (Injection Molding machine, MTC, Hopper dryer with dehumidifier, EOT crane, HRS, Robot and utilities). The ideal candidate should have a background in ITI (Electrical) or a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in maintaining molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

2. Hands-on experience with molding machines and auxiliary equipment (e.g., chillers, dryers, loaders).

3. Familiarity with PLC programming and HMI (Human Machine Interface) controls.

4. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and techniques

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

7. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

8. Familiarity with safety regulations and risk assessment procedures.

9. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on molding machines and associated equipment.

10. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in molding machines.

11. Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.

12. Diagnose machine breakdowns and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.

13. Replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, heaters, valves, and control panels.

14. Collaborate with the production team to quickly resolve issues affecting machine performance.

15. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, part replacements, and adjustments.

16. Update maintenance logs, equipment history, and calibration records.

17. Assist in creating maintenance SOPs and work instructions

18. Safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulation

19. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures during repairs and maintenance.

20. Participate in safety training and audits.

21. Provide input on equipment upgrades and modifications to enhance machine performance.

22. Support the implementation of best practices in maintenance procedures

23. Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action plans for recurring issue
