Job Title: HR Executive/Senior Executive
Location: Jalgaon
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HR Executive/Senior Executive to join our team in the electrical manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compliance, data management, and plant HR activities, along with other HR functions to support the overall HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
2. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making.
- Ensure data privacy and security in all HR processes.
3. Plant HR Activities:
- Oversee HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
- Collaborate with plant managers to address HR-related issues and improve employee relations.
- Implement employee engagement and retention programs specific to the plant.
4. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
5. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize training programs for employees.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
6. Employee Relations:
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee well-being.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans.
7. Performance Management:
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Address performance-related issues and support continuous improvement.
8. HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent data management and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
