Job Summary

Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our team at Nashik. The role involves overseeing HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, compliance, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews and ensure onboarding processes are seamless.

2. Employee Relations:

• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Address grievances and provide conflict resolution.
• Ensure effective communication of policies and procedures.

3. HR Operations:

• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure timely preparation and management of employee records.
• Implement HR systems and tools for operational efficiency.

4. Training & Development:

• Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs.
• Facilitate career development and succession planning initiatives.

5. Compliance & Policy Management:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Update HR policies and procedures as per industry standards and legal requirements.

6. Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Promote a culture of recognition and inclusion within the organization.

7. Performance Management:

• Drive performance evaluation processes and support managers in appraisals.
• Implement strategies for employee motivation and retention.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
