Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, including customer orders in SAP. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Maintenance:

• Accurately input, update, and manage data in various systems, including SAP.
• Regularly verify data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Customer Order Management:

• Update and manage customer orders in the SAP system promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve discrepancies or issues with orders.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain records of data entry activities and generate regular reports as required.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for audits and reviews.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate with internal teams to gather or clarify data-related information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform routine checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Implement corrective actions to address identified data entry errors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP for data entry and order management.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of order processing workflows.
• A diploma or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
