We seek a Enterprise Application Lead to join our Pune, India office.
What you'll do :
- Work with internal stakeholders to help manage technology solutions that support the firm's overall strategic direction and are consistent with systems and employment legislation
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners (HR functions, IT, business partners, vendors, etc.)
- Optimize, streamline and administer HR systems and technologies, including ongoing enhancements and upgrades
- Deliver HR technology solutions that provide a high value for HR practitioners and other key stakeholders
- Identify issues, challenges, or problems; research and implement process or technology improvements
- Steer global HR systems implementations to drive ease of use, scalability, and value for HR
- Coordinate vendor relationships and monitor deliverables, timelines and expectations and budget
- Manage and prioritize day-to-day requests
- Be a thought leader in the area of HR processes and technical solutions
- Be a role model for best practices in collaboration, delivering high value results, and engagement
- Build and support global collaboration for delivering results
- Function as internal consultant to stakeholders to deliver process improvement, tools, tips, etc.
What you'll bring :
- 8+ Years of extensive work exp in SAP SF - Employee Central and Onboarding.
- Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) environment
- Candidate preferred to have SuccessFactors certification.
- Candidates should have knowledge in H2R Business processes.
- Excellent knowledge of MDF, and associated system configuration
- 2/3 projects Implementation/support/enhancement knowledge in SAP SF
- Hands-on with Solution Design Configuration.
- Workbook Business process, Preparation Execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test scripts.
- Participate in requirement gathering, understand the design and take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the systems enhancement or implementation projects
- Perform analysis, translate business needs, and create solution requirements documentation.
- Develop and/or update product solution overviews, FAQs, and user documentation to support project implementation/Support/Enhancement activities.
- Familiarity with business and management principles involved in work force planning, recruiting, scheduling, training and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation management, payroll and benefits, employee self-service, business analytics and reporting and HR measurement.
- Positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-directed, resourceful, and highly organized
- Team player: Team management skills, self-driven and ability to work independently
- Ability to explain SAP concept to business in non-technical terms
