Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team and enhance our Investor Portal and Onboarding processes using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Investor Portal and Onboarding solutions using Salesforce.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Implement and optimize Salesforce workflows, custom objects, and integrations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

- Develop custom applications and components within the Salesforce platform to support Investor Portal and Onboarding processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and associated systems.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Salesforce processes.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

- Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Candidate Profile

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce and financial systems.

- Proven experience with Investor Portal and Onboarding solutions.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously..

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
