SysTechCorp - Kore.ai Tech Lead - Enterprise Applications (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development environment.

- Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable conversational AI solutions using the Kore AI platform.

- Provide in-depth technical expertise on Kore AI functionalities, including natural language processing (NLP), dialogue management, and machine learning (ML) capabilities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design and development to testing and deployment.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Oversee the implementation of successful delivery methodologies like Agile or DevOps.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI and related technologies.

- Contribute to the overall technical vision and strategy for conversational AI development at Kore AI.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level applications.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.

- In-depth knowledge and experience with the Kore AI platform (demonstrated through successful delivery of 3-4 projects using Kore AI is a plus).

- Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts, including NLP, dialogue management, and chatbots.

- Familiarity with machine learning and related technologies is a plus.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver projects on time and within budget
