SysTechCorp - Oracle APEX Developer (4-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain highly functional and visually appealing Oracle APEX applications.

- Customize APEX pages using JavaScript and JQuery to enhance user experience and interactivity.

- Utilize APEX templates and Universal Themes to ensure consistency and brand alignment across applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

- Integrate third-party APEX plugins and JavaScript libraries to extend application functionalities.

- Analyze data using SQL and PL/SQL queries to support application logic and reporting needs.

- Implement Oracle Forms projects with expertise in Forms PL/SQL, Record Groups, Object Libraries, and Forms-level triggers.

- Design and expose REST APIs using ORDS for seamless data exchange with external systems.

- Suggest and implement enhancements to application design and features, ensuring they align with user needs and maintainability.

- (Optional) Integrate Oracle APEX with other relevant tools and technologies.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience in Oracle APEX development.

- Strong understanding of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.

- Proven ability to customize APEX pages using JavaScript and JQuery.

- In-depth knowledge of APEX templates and Universal Themes.

- Experience with Oracle Forms project implementation, including Forms PL/SQL, Record Groups, Object Libraries, and Forms-level triggers (preferred).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience with ORDS is a plus.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Willingness to mentor and guide junior developers
