SysTechCorp - Data Modeler - Erwin (7-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop comprehensive data models for complex enterprise data environments using Erwin Data Modeling tool.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.

- Create and maintain detailed data model documentation, including entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), logical data models (LDMs), and physical data models (PDMs).

- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across various data sources and systems.

- Normalize data models to minimize redundancy and optimize performance.

- Participate in data governance initiatives and establish data modeling standards and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest data modeling trends and technologies, including new features in Erwin Data Modeling tool.

Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in data modeling and data architecture.

- Proven expertise in using Erwin Data Modeling tool for enterprise data modeling projects.

- Strong understanding of data modeling principles, normalization techniques, and data governance concepts.

- Experience with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
