Conversational AI Lead - Chatbot Development (7-10 yrs)

Designation : Conversational AI Lead.

Role : Permanent/ Full time.

Experience : 7+ years.

Location : Noida/ Gurgaon/ Pune/ Bangalore.

Shift : 12PM to 10PM (10 Hours Shift.

Also depends on the project/work dependencies).

Working Days : 5 days.

Work Mode : Hybrid.

Job Description :

Mandatory Skills Required :

- Expertise into both Chatbot development, Voicebot.

- Hand-on into Conversational AI Platform Amelia Or LEX + AWS Connect (any one of these 2 is mandatory).

- Experience in any one programming language NLP, Python/ Groovy.

- Stakeholder Management/ Client Handling; Team Handling.

- Design and develop cloud-based Conversational AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop intent-based dialog flows.

- Integrate Dialogflow with other systems and APIs.

- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality of chatbot interactions.

- Identify and resolve issues related to intent recognition, entity extraction, and response generation.

- Develop custom integrations and backend services using Python.

- Implement data processing and analysis tasks.

- Design and implement user-friendly and engaging chatbot experiences.

- Consider user experience factors like clarity, conciseness, and personalization.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong understanding of Dialogflow and its components.

- Proficiency in Python programming language.

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.

- Knowledge of conversational AI principles and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other conversational AI platforms (e.g, , Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
