Key Responsibilities :

Innovation & Strategy :

- Drive innovative AI initiatives for clients by leveraging the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies.

- Partner with product teams to identify opportunities where AI can solve user problems or create business value.

Solution Design & Development :

- Ideate, prototype, and develop AI solutions tailored to enterprise challenges.

- Design and implement large-scale machine learning systems and Generative AI agents.

- Translate complex technical possibilities into intuitive, user-focused AI products.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, AI engineers, developers, and client teams to deliver seamless solutions.

- Provide leadership in aligning AI solutions with business goals and stakeholder needs.

Agile Development :

- Lead teams in rapid development cycles to create MVPs, iterating quickly based on client feedback.

- Stay self-driven and proactive in exploring and implementing the latest evolving technologies.

Technical Expertise :

- Build scalable AI solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Employ data wrangling, statistical modeling, and visualization to derive actionable insights from enterprise data.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in software development, machine learning, and AI-driven solution architecture.

Technical Expertise :

- Proven experience in software development, platform design, and system architecture.

- Strong command of programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.

- Hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development.

- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, large-scale ML systems, and enterprise AI platforms.

- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Data Science Skills : Expertise in statistical modeling, data wrangling, and visualization tools.
