Lead/Associate Principal Engineer - Generative AI (5-10 yrs)

About the role :

- Drive innovative AI initiatives for clients leveraging the latest tools and technology

- Ideate, prototype and develop AI solutions for enterprise problems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.

- Partner with product teams to identify opportunities where AI can solve user problems or create value.

- Translate technical possibilities into intuitive, user-focused AI products

- Hands on experience with Generative AI, Gen AI Agents, Large scale machine learning systems

- Strong software development background and experience

- Self-driven to pick up and drive initiatives with the latest and evolving technologies

- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise data and AI platforms

- Demonstrated experience in going from ideas to MVP in agile and quick manner while working a group of talented developers, AI engineers, product managers and client teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Innovative AI Development :

- Lead the ideation and development of AI solutions using the latest advancements in Generative AI, AI Agents, and large-scale machine learning systems.

- Identify and implement innovative AI-driven approaches to solve enterprise challenges.

Collaboration and Alignment :

- Partner with product teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance user experiences or create new value streams.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, AI engineers, product managers, and client teams, to align AI solutions with strategic business objectives.

AI Product Prototyping :

- Translate technical possibilities into intuitive, user-focused AI products.

- Rapidly develop prototypes and MVPs in an agile environment to demonstrate the potential of AI-driven solutions.

Technical Expertise and Implementation :

- Design and implement AI models and systems, ensuring scalability and robustness.

- Leverage expertise in Generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning frameworks to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.

- Ensure integration of AI solutions with enterprise data and AI platforms.

Client Engagement :

- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored AI solutions.

- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase AI capabilities and solutions.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in AI and software development.

Technical Expertise :

- Proven experience in software development, system architecture, and enterprise platforms.

- Hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

- Skilled in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Data Science Skills :

- Proficient in statistical modeling, data wrangling, and visualization tools.

- Experience with enterprise data management and AI platforms.

Client Engagement and Communication :

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients to design and implement innovative AI solutions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
