Quality Analyst

Role & responsibilities

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst/Quality Auditor/Call Auditor

2. Ability to seamlessly manage conflicts

3.Should have a basic understanding of BPI tools (Pareto etc.)

4. Proficiency in MS Excel required

5.Self-motivator

6.Positive attitude & Flexible

7.Ability to perform with minimum supervision

8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
