Applyinstructional design theories, practices, and methods.
Provideexercises and activities that enhance learning.

Bachelordegree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
2to 4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
Strongportfolio demonstrating eLearning course and training material design.
Proficiencyin eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline,etc.
Workingknowledge of Zoho LMS for content management and delivery.
Technicalknowledge of software (front and back end) is advantageous.
Understandingof instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructionaltechnologies.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
Abilityto work independently and collaboratively.
Abilityto prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experiencemaintaining an education catalogue with updates.
Abilityto design gamified learning, micro learning, and mobile learning.
Abilityto write clear, measurable learning objectives and assessment questions.
Ability to visualisetraining content effectively.
