Specialist/Sr. Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

Engineering & Capex Management:

• Review project reports to identify gaps in delivery, service, budget, and expected outcomes.
• Track and monitor project budgets and timelines.
• Provide data-based insights to the project governance team on crucial projects.
• Generate project performance reports for all facilities from various platforms as part of the capital management system.
• Offer insights on critical and important projects.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data points to publish multiple reports.

Governance Activities:

• Support the delivery of maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the Planview portfolios.
• Conduct training sessions with project managers to prepare them for proceeding lifecycle steps of a project in Planview and documentation available in Engineering SharePoint.
• Maintain required project portfolio documentation and artifacts in Engineering SharePoint.
• Prepare and circulate weekly reports on activities supported to the end users
