Lead Specialist - Projects

• Prepare project plan, breaking down project into milestones and allocating tasks to the team members and tracking the status
• Review, directing, controlling, risk evaluation and verification of project tasks
• Will be interacting with the stakeholders regarding requirement gathering, project updates and business analysis
• Manage requirements, change requests, evaluate outputs and create effective documents
• Translate the requirements into various documentation deliverables
• Ensure that system development processes and system outputs are conforming to regulation requirements and guidelines
• Ensure that delivery timelines are not breached at times delivery at time is very critical hence must be able to convince team members to accommodate working schedule to meet the agreed timelines.
• Co-ordinating and monitoring of project work and cross-functional collaboration with teams and follow-up with actionable
• Create and maintain project documentation, plan and reports
• Organize meetings with stakeholders and maintain minutes
• Use best practices, techniques and standards and be responsible for proper execution of projects

Required Skills:

• A bachelors degree in engineering or business administration or similar field
• 4+ years of experience in project management experience in Fintech/IT sector
• Real experience in managing IT projects as project manager cum business analyst
• Knowledge of Database, Web applications development is an advantage
• Good skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, ppt, excel) so that all project processes can be maintained.
• Excellent inter-personal, documentation, facilitation presentation skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Technical enough to be able to research blocking issues and make sure projects are delivered on time.
• Ability to come up with new ideas and have zeal to give extra to the project.
• Self-managing and takes accountability for actionable
• Ability to collaborate and work with teams at various levels
• Knowledge in PMP, Agile methodologies
