Sparkline - Head - Operations (10-12 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure monthly production deliverables of 500 MT with a strong focus on efficiency and quality.

- Lead and oversee Planning, Production, Stores, SCM, Maintenance & Logistics to drive seamless operations.

- Take ownership of Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost, and Delivery KPIs.

- Utilize strong technical expertise in Fabrication & Machining to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

- Ensure adherence to industry best practices in equipment manufacturing and implement process improvements.

- Lead a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.

- Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Equipment Manufacturing, Auto Components, Heavy Engineering & Machining Centers.

- Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in fabrication & machining.

- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Hindi-speaking ability is preferred for effective team and vendor coordination
