This comprehensive process includes designing, procurement, production, labelling and packaging, all conducted in-house at OfBusiness-owned manufacturing facilities.

III) ABOUT THE ROLE:

- This role joins our Fashion & Apparel Business, i.e. our fastest growing and most profitable vertical generating annual revenues close to - 3000 Cr.

- As an Operations Lead, you will take charge of overall operations management for one of our fashion & apparel categories.

- Based in Bangarpet (KA) or Hindupur (AP), you will lead the end-to-end operations lifecycle - encompassing Planning, Procurement, Production, Operational Excellence and People Management - to drive efficiency, scalability, and superior service levels.

The role begins with leading critical projects across one or more operational dimensions below:
