Responsibilities:

- Disbursal

- Disbursal Of LOC And Term Loan As Per SLA

- Disbursal Tracking With Finance Team

- Lender Coordination For Disbursal.

- LMS Management

- Disbursal TAT Tracking

- Security Monitoring

- Cross Checking LTV At The Time Of Disbursal

- Daily Monitoring Of LTV Breach Cases

- Sending Out Notices + Invoke Securities For LTV Breach Cases

- Repayment And Closure

- Repayment Update Of Razorpay, Cashfree And Google Pay

- EMI Presentation + Tracking + Collection Follow Up

- Refund And Foreclosure

- Unlien securities after loan closure

- Partner Payout

- DSA Onboarding Management

- Monthly Payout Tracking

- Customer Support

- Handling Daily Query Of Customers Regarding Loan, EMI Deduction, Foreclosure Etc.

- Providing SOA To Customers As Per Request

- Updating CIBIL Of Defaulting Customers

Qualifications:

- 10-15 Years Of Experience In A Financial Services

- Experienced In Operations Of Regulated NBFC

- Ability To Communicate Effectively

- Ability to lead a team of 8-10 people.

Education - Bachelor's/University Degree
