Job Summary:

A Recruiter Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for an organization. They manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new employees. Their goal is to ensure a seamless hiring process that aligns with the company's objectives and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Use job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to source candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

✅ Candidate Screening & Evaluation

• Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
• Assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

✅ Interview Coordination & Selection

• Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate technical assessments or tests as required
• Provide feedback and recommendations for hiring decisions

✅ Employer Branding & Networking

• Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and career expos
• Develop relationships with universities and professional organizations

✅ Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Support new hires during onboarding and ensure a smooth transition
• Maintain recruitment-related documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
✔ Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations
