Collection Executive

Job Overview:

A Collection Executive in real estate is responsible for managing and overseeing the collection of outstanding payments from clients, tenants, or buyers. This role involves ensuring that dues are paid on time, resolving disputes, coordinating with various departments to follow up on overdue accounts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Collection:
   
• Manage the collection of overdue payments related to property sales, rent, maintenance fees, or service charges.
• Contact clients, tenants, or buyers through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits to remind them of outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication with clients regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely payments.
2. Account Management:
   
• Review accounts for discrepancies, investigate and resolve any issues or disputes that may be delaying payments.
• Collaborate with the sales, leasing, and finance teams to ensure clients are correctly billed and informed of their outstanding balances.
• Track payment due dates and send reminders to clients and tenants to prevent late payments.
• Prepare and send formal demand letters for overdue accounts as needed.
