Inbound Tele-caller

Were looking for a proactive Inbound & Outbound Tele-caller to engage leads from Facebook and Instagram. You will understand client needs, schedule meetings with Sales Executives, and invite potential clients to experience our interior design solutions at the showroom.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Engagement:

Contact leads from social media platforms.

Understand client requirements for interior design and provide basic product info.

Scheduling Meetings :

Arrange appointments for Sales Executives.

Ensure accurate scheduling and communication.

Showroom Invitations :

Invite potential clients to visit the showroom for personalized consultations.

Database Management :

Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordination :

Work with the Sales team to ensure smooth client interactions.

Provide feedback to improve lead quality.

1-2 years in tele-calling or customer service, ideally in interior design or home decor.

Skills :

Strong verbal communication in Hindi , English and local language.

Persuasive and confident speaking style.

Basic knowledge of interior design (training provided).
