Senior Project Manager - Retail Spaces (10-12 yrs)

Job Profile:

- We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of new store rollouts for Spacewood.

- This role involves coordination with the design department, branding team, factory production, and interior contractors to ensure that store rollouts are completed in all aspects-on time and within defined project parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the execution of new store setups across India.

- Work closely with the design team, branding team, and factory production to ensure seamless project execution.

- Coordinate with interior contractors to ensure timely and quality store rollouts.

- Oversee the end-to-end process of store development, from planning to handover.

- Ensure that all store rollouts are completed within the allocated time frame and budget.

- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays during the rollout process.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil)

- A Master's degree in a related field is desirable.

Experience:

- 10-12 years of experience in handling turnkey interior contracts and shop interiors, particularly for retail spaces.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, including store rollouts.

- Extensive travel across India required
