Sr. Manager Projects (New Store Expansion)

Role & responsibilities :

Lead New Store execution . Coordinate with Design Department ,Branding , Factory Production , Interior contractors and ensure Store roll out complete in all aspect within defined time period.

Preferred candidate profile Architect / BE Civil with with knowledge of Auto cad and must be able to understand Civil /furniture / interior drawings.

Must be excellent in communication written / oral , knowledge of estimation , BOQ making , Bar charts . Must be excellent in working cohesively with various departments and handling large team .

Experience:

12-15 years of experience in handling turnkey interior contracts / shop interiors etc. Job involves extensive travelling across India.
