Role & responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding.
  • Work on multiple positions by applying different strategies to close positions with minimum TAT.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through latest online channels (other than Naukri and LinkedIn).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
  • Organize and maintain recruitment metrics and tracker
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements and skills :


  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter Specialist or similar role (6+Years)
  • Should have expertise in applying different strategies in recruitment.
  • You should have worked on international position i.e. for US, Europe, UK.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
  • Hands on experience in sourcing potential candidates through latest online channels including Artificial Intelligence
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Bachelor's or any Human Resources Management or relevant field.

  • Expertise in hiring technical requirements.
  • Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and requirements, discerning the specific skills, qualifications, and experience needed for leadership or lateral positions.
  • Proficiency in evaluating candidates' technical competencies, qualifications, and relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, hiring managers, together comprehensive requirements and insights for talent acquisition purposes.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technologies and social media platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection processes.
  • Understanding of compensation structure and rewards framework
