Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Graduate with 5-6 years of experience as AFM or Sr. Executive in corporate IFM services
Basic corporate site level technical understanding required (AHU, UPS, Access Control, Fire Alarm System, CCTV etc.)
Must have led the team of 30+ on-site team of technicians, Houseman, Pantry etc.
Major experience (75%) in handling Soft Services and events management.
This position is a single point of contacts for the site, hence effective engagement with customers and cross functional teams is crucial.
Well versed with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Looking for immediate joiners/15days Notice.

Designation : AFM.

Site Location: Hitachi Enegry Office, Godrej Centre, Bellary Road, Byatarayanapura, Blr-Karnataka.

I left organization 67 days ago with proper notice period and completed all my pending task and handover knowledge is properly transfer to new resource. Client appreciate my work and service but due to inefficiency and lazy attitude of back office team. My F&F is still pending after 70 days which was expected to be completed in 45 days.
