Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As a Manager Procurement (Food & Beverages), you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for food and beverage categories. You will oversee a team that identifies, qualifies, and manages suppliers to secure the best quality and value for our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up contracts and managing supply chain logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and market trends
• Knowledge of procurement systems such as Oracle, Coupa, and SAP is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
• Passion for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Strategically sourced and planned categories, utilized market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay abreast of industry trends
• Expertise in cost optimization through effective spend management, continuous monitoring of food consumption, and drove productivity to meet quality and service requirements.
• Possess proficiency in supplier management and relationship building, adeptly negotiating contracts, securing favorable pricing and delivery schedules, and cultivating strong and reliable supplier relationships.
• Front-led major role in developing & executing demand plans that will enable the organization to meet its supply chain requirements; expertise in analyzing demand requirements to identify supply bottlenecks & recommending actions for resolution
• Purchase & Procurement Management Professional with record of innovative success in sourcing for multiple locations/geographies
