Reelay Group is hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Gurgaon (Near Huda City Metro Station)
Experience: 6 to 8 Years (min 6 years is required)
Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for diverse roles, strong sourcing abilities, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT/Learning & Development Team to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system and generate recruitment reports as needed and release letter and manage admin task.
Compliance: Ensure that recruitment practices comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Administration - To review and support Team Administration to manage the key deliverables including Communication & Office Management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: 6-8 years of recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of non-technical recruitment processes and techniques.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with specific recruitment software or tools relevant to non-IT hiring.
