Minimum Of 3 Year Experience In Call Centre QA Process
Telecalling Experience Of 1 Or 2 Years Would Be Required

Prepare Basic Quality Reports Preparation (Daily Quality Dashboard, Call Calibration, Agent Evaluation Report)
