Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive threats, and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.
Develop effective sales strategies for modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores) and collaborate with teams to launch new products and promotions.
Follow up and qualify leads quickly to determine opportunity status, and maintain accurate sales records, inventory management, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules, and provide input on business conditions affecting sales.
Understand and communicate customer requirements to match the division's capabilities, utilize divisional resources, and report weekly and monthly sales to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in FMCG or field sales, with a focus on modern trade channels.
Strong understanding of FMCG marketing principles.
Excellent communication skills for building strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and sales experience are preferred.
