Role Overview : The Revenue Head will be responsible for leading and scaling all business verticals, including Modern Trade (MT), Quick Commerce (Q-commerce), E-commerce (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc. ), D2C, and International Markets.
- This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strategic vision, strong execution capabilities, and a deep understanding of the FMCG and beauty & personal care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy aligned with Company's goal of achieving - 1000 crore in sales by 2029.
- Identify new revenue streams and expand distribution channels across India and globally.
- Set and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all channels.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product innovation, branding, and sales execution.
Sales & Revenue Ownership: - Lead and manage sales teams across all channels - Modern Trade, Q-commerce, Ecommerce, International Sales and D2C.
Closing of JBP every year and achieving the same - Drive market penetration strategies in high-growth potential regions, particularly in South & West India.
- Grow partnerships with key e tailers & retailers (Reliance, Shoppers Stop, Lulu, etc. ), pharmacy chains, Quick Com and online marketplaces.
- Monitor and optimize sales KPIs, conversion rates, Net Realisation, Debtor timely money receipt and profitability metrics across all platforms.
- Digital & E-commerce Growth: - Work with performance marketing and analytics teams to drive revenue growth across com, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Company's D2C website.
- Leverage data analytics to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain double digit share in Hair care category across all platforms and channels
- Leadership & Team Building: - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Define KPIs, incentive structures, and performance metrics to drive accountability and excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Financial & P&L Management: - Own the P&L for all business verticals and ensure profitability across channels.
- Track and optimize cost structures, trade margins, and operational efficiencies.
- Implement strong sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Key Requirements: Experience & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in sales and business leadership roles, preferably in FMCG, D2C, beauty & personal care, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue, managing multi-channel sales, and driving retail/ecommerce growth.
- Experience in managing large teams and working with distributors, retailers, and online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital marketing, and quick commerce models.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
