Location : Pan India (with frequent travel).
Reports To : Business Head.
Job Summary:.
- The Retail Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across individual stores and retail chains.
- This role involves strategic planning, business development, relationship management, and achieving sales targets for Soulflower's retail presence.
- The incumbent will play a critical role in expanding Soulflower's brand visibility, optimizing store performance, and strengthening relationships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:.
Business Strategy and Planning:.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase store-wise and chain-wise sales and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and establish a robust retail footprint across key locations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to create actionable insights and plans to drive growth.
Store & Chain Management:.
- Collaborate with store managers and retail partners to develop strategies that enhance store performance and customer engagement.
- Lead efforts to maximize in-store brand presence, optimize product displays, and improve customer experience.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, monitor inventory levels, and maintain sales performance.
Relationship Management:.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and decision-makers at store and chain levels.
- Negotiate favorable terms, secure promotional opportunities, and manage contracts with retail partners.
- Work closely with partners to ensure Soulflower's products receive prime shelf space and optimal marketing support.
Sales and Target Achievement:.
- Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets on a store and chain basis.
- Implement sales plans, promotional activities, and campaigns to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Work with the marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align retail strategies with broader business objectives.
- Facilitate new product launches, in-store events, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with relevant teams.
Training and Development:.
- Provide training to in-store staff and retail partners on Soulflower's products, brand values, and key selling points.
- Develop training modules to enhance customer service and sales effectiveness.
