Talent Acquisition - Intern_3 Months

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with campus placement coordinators to schedule recruitment drives and events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and interview outcomes.
• Utilize Excel to track such as candidate pipeline, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
• Assist in maintaining employee databases and HR records.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews.
• Provide support to the HR team on various projects as needed.

Qualification & Experience -

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 1 especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team."

Internship Details -

• Duration: 3 months (renewable based on performance)
• Stipend: ₹2,500 per month
• Job Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai
• Job Time - 9:30 am to 6:30 am | Monday to Friday
• This is an onsite opportunity and requires the person to be physically present at the job location.
