As an Intern Recruiter, you will assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various tech roles for our clients. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and help build a strong talent pipeline to meet our client's workforce needs. In the first month, interns will shadow our senior recruiters to learn about the recruitment process.
Role & responsibilities
Screening and Shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
Conduct initial screenings via phone or virtual interviews.
Candidate Management:
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on their status.
Coordination:
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and feedback.
Sourcing Candidates:
Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
Post job advertisements on career platforms and company websites.
Experience Range
0 - 1 Year

1. Any Bachelors/Masters degree (A degree in human resource management is desirable)
