Job Summary:

As a Full-time HR Trainee in the Talent Acquisition team at ValueLabs, you will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team in various tasks and projects, including recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline management. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Talent Acquisition team in various tasks and projects, including recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline management.

* Conduct research and analysis to identify top talent and develop recruitment strategies.

* Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.

* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and executives.

* Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and talent acquisition dashboards.

* Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements:

* Year 2023/24 graduates BBA or MBA degree from a recognized university.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
