2. He must have closely connectedwith the department GMs, DGMs, AGMs, Chief managers, and other keystakeholders. The candidate should know SBI hierarchical structure and how itfunctions.
3. Must have worked with Key OEMslike Dell, HPE, IBM, CISCO, Nutanix, VMWare, NetApp, Microsoft, Oracle etcand should know the Account Managers from the OEM side.
4. Candidate must have goodunderstanding on Server, Storage, backup, networking, Security, Cloud andLicensing etc. He should have worked on technologies like- HCI, Pvt Cloud,Virtualizations, 3tier architectures etc
5. Candidate should work with thedepartments and OEMs proactively before the design stage of the tenders.Should review and study tenders/RFPs/RFQs etc at Prequalification stage andwork with tender executive/sales coordinator to Prepare Checklist, Prepare& Process EMD, Tender Fee, POA, PBG request & ensure timelyacknowledgment for Participating in the BID, working on Technical BidPreparation with help of Solution Architect / Specialist and Account team.Following up with team for MAF, Data Sheets, Helping to Submit Online/ Offlinetenders, Attending Tender Opening, Reverse Auction document preparation bycoordinating with Sr. Mgt. team.
6. Candidate must work closelywith Sonata Senior Management team and timely discussion on the progress of theupcoming RFPs and the strategy for participation.
7. Keep track on the RFPs with SLA,NDA & MSA etc.
8. Closely work with Deliveryteam, Presales team and finance team during Bid submission process and postwining coordination for the execution and timely collection.
9. Maintaining database trackingresults of all Bid proposals, order processed.
10. Ensuring timely Invoicing,delivery of material, Invoice Submission to Customer along with NecessaryDocuments.
11. Timely raising & follow-upfor all the EMD/BG request, Doing Follow-up for timely collection/Refund ofEMD/BG's & customer Payment.
12. Effective co-ordinationProjects, SCM, Finance & Other Teams.
13. Vendor Coordination, VendorRegistration, SITL Registration with Customer on their Portal.
14. Efficiently interacting withall inter-departments team for co-ordination
15. Participating weekly, Monthly,and quarterly Sales reviews.
16. Processing Purchase Order withall the necessary approval.
17. Helping in Commercial &Proforma Invoice submissions.
18. Keeping records of Project Signoff, I-Notes & DC collection.
19. Attend required training basedon the responsibilities.
Requirements:
1. BE/MBA with 10-15years ofexperience with an IT Organization in similar role.
2. Should have min 5 years plus experiencein Coordinating with Business team, Delivery & Pre-sales, Sales Operationand Finance team etc.
3. Proven track record inTender/RFP/RFQ Bid coordination, document preparation, submission and follow-upetc.
4. Excellent listening andpresentation skills.
5. Excellent verbal and writtencommunications skills.
6. Solid experience with CRMsoftware and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Power point.)
7. Experience of engaging withbusiness and IT functions in customer organizations.
8. Should have ability tocommunicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including executivelevel.
9. Should have basic IT (Licensing/ Server / Storage / Networking / Security) or Application Solutionsunderstanding. Also knowledge on digital transformation solutions likeIOT/Mobility/BI will be added advantage.
