Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to analyze and generate procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfill material demands as per production schedules.
• Ensure procurement aligns with the predefined Share of Business (SOB) allocations for suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement ratio as per organizational policies
  
• Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for critical part shortages.
• Pending Invoices Management
• Track and resolve pending invoices by coordinating with suppliers and the finance team.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices to avoid payment delays and supplier disputes.
