Role & responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Design workflows and layouts to improve production efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Automate processes to increase productivity and quality.
- Time Study to analyse, measure & improve production effficiency.
- Select and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot machinery and production line issues.
- Work with suppliers to source new technology and upgrades.
