Summary of Job Profile/ Purpose of the position:

To work as Purchase Executive / Purchase Documentation / PO Management / Material Follow Up activity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1.PO Management / All the PO Creation and Approval follow up with BU Heads.

2 All kind of Purchase Documentation

3. Purchase MIS / Report preparation

4.Purchase agreements Documents

5.EMPRO Handling / BOM creation in system / SAP Management

6.Purchase Audit Handling

7. Monitor & work with supplier to improve performance in term of delivery

8. English communication / Email handling

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) required to successfully perform the job:

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Material Planning & Purchase Handling, GST Tax

Skills:

• Advance Level- Microsoft EXCEL knowledge, ERP, Procurement process

Abilities:    

• To coordinate with Supplier and In- House Members / English Communication / Email Management
• Technical knowledge of Procurement Process
