Legal Business analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in content research, model development, taxonomies, content structures, and tagging algorithms. You will work on projects from pre-release to delivery and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives. This role requires expertise in applying AI techniques to enhance machine-enabled operations, with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance domains.

Responsibilities

• Assess and apply accurate metadata and taxonomy to regulatory content, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage content workflows, metrics, and ensure content accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
• Develop content models relevant to business needs and industry structures to drive value for customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on solutions involving complex content structures, machine learning (ML), and AI techniques.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver value-driven solutions to business challenges.
• Own key initiatives focused on improving customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all content is detailed, thorough, timely, and meets accuracy standards set by clients.
• Solve complex content problems by building logic and workflows that keep the organization ahead of the curve.
• Design, refine, and optimize AI prompts to generate accurate legal compliance requirements from banking regulatory citations.
• Analyze banking laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks to ensure AI-generated outputs are in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with AI developers, legal experts, and compliance teams to improve prompt effectiveness and content generation.
• Conduct iterative testing of AI-generated compliance outputs and refine prompts for better accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain a repository of structured prompts and best practices for AI-driven legal analysis.
• Stay informed about advancements in legal AI, banking regulatory changes, and prompt engineering techniques.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing projects through various stages of their lifecycle.
• Strong secondary research skills, particularly in solving complex problems.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments to deliver multi-touchpoint projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
