Job Description
Manager-BD and Growth (Land Acquisition)
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate development, private equity, IPCs, or consultancy firms.
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred), Chartered Accountant
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the NCR real estate market, development norms, and strong networks with landowners, brokers, and financial institutions. A proven track record in land acquisition, deal structuring, and stakeholder management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate land opportunities, conduct due diligence, and structure deals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and coordinate with legal and development agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare financial models and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
Key Skills: Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and knowledge of zoning laws in Delhi NCR.
